As an active interpreter with over 20 years servicing the health care profession, I bring valuable hands-on experience from a wide variety of health settings. Throughout my career, I have worked for top, US-based, language service providers. My interpreting management experience includes working as a language recruiter, call center trainer for new hires and quality assurance specialist, managing performance of large teams of remote (OPI/VRI) interpreters.

I’ve also worked as a language skills evaluator for medical interpreting as well as a trainer for individuals and organizations.

Currently, I also work with individuals and private organizations delivering interpreting training in various areas such as fundamentals of interpreting, note-taking, medical and social services.

I’ve also authored various interpreting training course related to OPI guidelines and procedures, medical interpreting, interpreting for insurance, administrative law for social services and others.

Looking forward to working with your organization.
