Experiencia

With more than 8 years of career, I have already occupied several positions, I work as financial administrator and logistician (remotely for almost 1 month because of the socio-political situation of my country).As a program financial Administrator and logistician, Spearhead robust team of stock management staff to maintain adequate inventory levels for optimal sales.  Administer and reconcile physical inventory counts to generate accurate reports on financial metrics and operational performance for Administrative Board. Conduct periodic system checks on Salesforce and Taroworks to ensure consistent functionality of internal software. Review corporate policies and evaluate strategies to uphold compliance and mitigate risks.

I worked as Project Administrator and my role was to Deliver extensive support to Project Manager to assist with coordination of project tasks and deliverables. Generated comprehensive reports on project expenditures and verified budget figures for Department of Finance. Monitored workflows, assigned vital resources to staff as required, and facilitated open communication channels with team to streamline project advancements. Organized customer training to enable positive user experiences and heighten client satisfaction.
