When the pandemic started I applied for a job at WFH at Synergies Corp. I was there for 1 year and 9 months working for the same client (They are a Financial Corporation) and everything was based on doing Fee Sheets and sending them to the client, they let me go because they no longer could have me from home and my situation at the time requires me to be working from home.
 

I have worked with other Contact Centers such as C2max, Ecco Outsourcing Group, and Contact Center Dominicana (CCD). At C2max and Ecco Outsourcing Group, I was a call representative, on C2max I used to receive calls from clients so they could get a Dental Plan and at Ecco Outsourcing Group I used to call clients to offer them a magazine. At CCD I was receiving live chats and assisting clients as they came.

I hope I can get the opportunity to work with you since I like how you treat your employees and I'm excited to give my 200% at this job if I get the chance to have this opposition. I will always be near perfect in every task I get assigned even though I'm an introvert, I am easygoing and can do anything from calls to organizing.
