Description As a Dispatcher, your job will be to answer incoming calls from drivers and customers. You will be entering driver information, and sending it to our brokers while possibly having to finalize with the customer if need be. You will also be responsible for any customer issues and de escalating situations to ensure all parties are as satisfied as possible with the resolution. You will also be responsible for calling drivers on any past due invoices.
Dispatchers will need and be taught the ability to price orders and handle any customer interactions. Will also send automated texts to customers who we cant reach.
