DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST - (Santiago) (Eng C1) (Free Zone)

Overview:As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our database. Your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure that our organization operates smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in the company database with speed and accuracy.
• Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
