- Conduct regular audits of operational processes to identify areas for improvement, evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company standards, and document findings with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze operational data to pinpoint trends and opportunities, utilize statistical tools to assess process performance, and collaborate with other departments to gather relevant information.
- Assist in identifying and designing improvements for existing processes, participate in implementing operational changes and enhancements, and ensure thorough documentation of updated processes and procedures.
- Deliver training sessions to teams on new processes and procedures, and aid in effectively communicating operational changes across the organization.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and challenges, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards in all processes, and collaborate with the legal team to align processes with current regulations.
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline, or currently enrolled as a final year student.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data.
