    Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Internal Auditor to join our team. The Process Auditor is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and continuously improving the organization's operational processes. Their main objective is to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with established regulations, thereby contributing to the company's growth and operational excellence.

    What you would do:

    • Conduct regular audits of operational processes to identify areas for improvement, evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company standards, and document findings with recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Collect and analyze operational data to pinpoint trends and opportunities, utilize statistical tools to assess process performance, and collaborate with other departments to gather relevant information.
    • Assist in identifying and designing improvements for existing processes, participate in implementing operational changes and enhancements, and ensure thorough documentation of updated processes and procedures.
    • Deliver training sessions to teams on new processes and procedures, and aid in effectively communicating operational changes across the organization.
    • Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and challenges, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards in all processes, and collaborate with the legal team to align processes with current regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline, or currently enrolled as a final year student.
    • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
    • Analytical skills and ability to work with data.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Understanding of industry regulations and standards.
