    **Position Overview:**

    Join our team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, as a Customer Success Specialist We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who will ensure our customers' satisfaction and success. This role offers a fixed salary per month, weekends off, plus bonuses. Fluent English (C1/C2 level) in both writing and spoken is a must.

    **Responsibilities:**

    1. **Build Strong Relationships:** Foster strong connections with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products.

    2. **Provide Exceptional Support:** Be the go-to person for customer inquiries, issues, and requests, delivering timely and effective solutions.

    3. **Onboard New Customers:** Guide new customers through the setup process, offering training and support as needed.

    4. **Proactive Engagement:** Reach out to customers to offer assistance, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    5. **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer needs and enhance their experience.

    6. **Maintain Accurate Records:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

    7. **Monitor Customer Engagement:** Track customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    8. **Stay Informed:** Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and best practices to better serve our customers.

    **Requirements:**

    1. **Fluent English:** Proficient in English (C1/C2 level) both in writing and spoken.

    2. **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

    3. **Problem-solving Abilities:** Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

    4. **Independence and Collaboration:** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    5. **Age Limit:** Age under 45 years.

    6. **Location:** Must be located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
