    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer inquiries, including product-related questions and general concerns.
    • Generate sales leads to acquire new customers.
    • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide accurate information and resolve doubts using the correct methods and tools.
    • Address customer complaints, offer solutions and alternatives within deadlines, and follow up on resolution.
    • Process customer orders and file documents.

    Requirements

    • University student with advanced English skills (native speaker).
    • Proficient in office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
    • Currently residing in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
    • Orderly and proactive, able to make decisions that benefit the service.
    • Responsible and punctual.
    • Able to work occasional holidays and weekends.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Telephone sales skills.
