What you'll be doing:

• Design leadership programs based on a comprehensive diagnosis of detected needs.
• Support directors, managers, and supervisors in the talent management process, including the definition of annual goals, performance management systems, and training and development plans for high-potential staff to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Evaluate various learning and development resources to recommend the best options for clients.
• Lead organizational change programs tailored to business needs.
• Provide mentorship on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
• Stay current on employment law regulations and other legal requirements regarding people management to help leaders ensure strict compliance.
• Assist line managers with organization, people, and change-related issues.
• Maintain a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of human resources experience.
• Background in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Outstanding energy, passion, and responsibility.
• Bilingual.
• Knowledge and/ experience with local law and, tax and social security regulations.
• Phenomenal communications and presentations skills.
• Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPI'S.
