Diseñar, evaluar y proponer soluciones financieras para nuevos desarrollos, expansiones y decisiones estratégicas de inversión en el portafolio administrado por Sotavento Capital.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Construir y mantener modelos financieros robustos (Excel / Power BI) que integren TIR, VAN, Payback, DSCR y sensibilidad.
- Evaluación de factibilidad económica de nuevos desarrollos, expansiones o adquisiciones.
