    The
    Corporate Commercial Coordinator
    plays a key role in supporting commercial operations through accurate reporting, coordination, and administrative management. This position is responsible for:

    • Preparing monthly reports and presentations for executives and other stakeholders.
    • Managing complimentary house use, expenses, famtrips, satisfaction surveys, commissions, promotional trips, and related processes for the Americas and Cuba.
    • Coordinating all commercial sales calls and ensuring consistent follow-up.
    • Creating, organizing, and maintaining reports, documents, and communication that drive operational and commercial success.

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in
      Spanish and English
      (spoken and written).
    • Advanced knowledge of
      Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      .
    • Proven experience with
      extranets
      (Hotelbeds Group, Nemo, XML, or similar).
