    This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

    The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.

    The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services via phone calls and chats.

    Qualifications

    Customer Service Representatives Skills:
    Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, Customer Experience
    Fluency in English, Spanish and French (Mandatory)
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    Empathy and customer-oriented mindset
    Ability to work independently and remotely
    Prior experience in customer service or call center is a plus
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
