Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. 10. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to better assist customers.Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. 5. Previous customer service experience preferred. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
