Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies. 6. Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system. 7. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 8. Uphold a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions. 9. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. 10. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to better assist customers.


    Requirements:
    1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. 5. Previous customer service experience preferred. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
